Yesterday, i went for driving lessons. It wasn't so bad, infact it was interesting after all.

Grace was my tutor, while we still have extra time, she bought us lunch, i ate fried mee hon which was yummy and alot! When the food came, i was like 'oh dear, can i finish this?' To finish it i will have to eat it slowly otherwise i'll be too full to finish them up.

After that we went back and started learning, first was 3 point? is that what u call it?

Anyway, the purpose of the 3 point is that when you reach a dead-end, you'll have to get out with only 3 steps, first step going in, 2nd step reverse and last step going out...not too bad ei?

The next was side parking, there are a few standing sticks on the front, side and back of the side parking, if the stick falls, you'll know that you've made a mistake. There's about 6 steps?? First, remember i said there were standing sticks? Yea, you will have to drive over the front standing sticks where the fourth standing sticks have a water bottle on it. Once you're over it, then you'll have to turn back look at the backseat window on the left, there is this triangle window? You'll be using that to make sure that the standing stick with the bottle on it fits that triangle window. Second step, turn you steering wheel fully to the left, then reverse, while reversing look at you side mirror on your right and make sure when you see the four standing sticks fit nicely on your side mirror then stop reversing. Third step, Turn your steering wheel to its original position and reverse till you're on the white line on the ground which is actually the side parking line and then stop. Fourth step, turn your steering wheel to the right fully and reverse and make sure all this time when you reverse, you've been checking behind and just remember dont hit the standing sticks!! Lastly, turn your steering wheel right to park perfectly.

Sounds complicated but its okay, i hope i remember all these when im going for my driving test. I'm still waiting for my L license so that Grace can tutor me on the road :) Its cool learning how to drive, and a BIG tip is..NEVER PANIC! oh yea, there's only five steps..not six, and my next lesson, i'll be learning up hill, seems like every comment up the hill is scary..well pray to God i can pass all of them at one goal :)
